Childcare?
Since our transformation sessions are just 30 minutes, we donβt have appointments for daycare. 80% of our clients are parents and they really like this time to be focused on them and their goals so they can go back to their kids energized and healthier than ever! =)
How often do I need to workout to see results in your program?
Three 30 minute sessions per week is all it takes! Our training sessions are focused on creating an after-burn effect that can leave your body burning calories even 24-48 hours after your session. So no need to stop having a life and live inside the gym. =)
What will I learn during this program?
You will learn how to make a sustainable transformation. The goal is to give you the tools and strategies that you will need for a lifetime of healthy living.

How long does it take to start seeing results?
Our clients typically start to see measurable results in their first 7 days (..some even lose 10 pounds plus in their first week.) Once they start the nutrition plan they will start feeling more energetic, happier and start getting better sleep at night within the first few days. Our goal is to keep you getting results long term which is a 1-3 pound fat loss per week.
Will I only be able to eat chicken and broccoli?

I've never had a coach before. Shouldn't I make some progress on my own first?
